About the farm
Mile Gully Free Range is the Henry family: Pauline, her son Junior and her nephew Omari, on twelve acres her father cleared in the 1970s. The laying hens move to fresh pasture every week behind an electric net, and the broilers follow them.
We collect eggs at seven and at three, candle them in the egg room and pack them the same day. Broilers are dressed on Thursdays in our licensed room and frozen straight away.
Find us on Saturday mornings at the Mandeville farmers' market, or order here for delivery round Mandeville, Christiana and Mile Gully.
